Does touching a woman break the wudu?
Answer
In the Hanafi school, merely touching a woman (skin to skin) does not break wudu, as long as no impurity is discharged. This differs from the Shafi’i position. Wudu breaks by the well-known nullifiers such as using the toilet, breaking wind, flowing blood, or sleeping lying down.
